Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is a relatively common female cancer, with the greatest chance of women over 40 years old. In fact, breast cancer is not only a female disease but men are also suffering, but the chances are smaller than that of women.

Breast Cancer Myths

1.      Breast cancer affects only older woman and breast cancer can occur at any age group but the risk is much higher and at the age of 80 years if you take ten women one in eight or ten will have breast cancer but if you come to the younger age group it would be probably one in 50 and if you come to even younger age group say 25 years of age may be wondering. It would be in thousands that made a blocked breast cancer but as we grow old the risk increases but it doesn't mean that younger women cannot develop.
 2.      Family history of breast cancer is the most important risk factor again not really so that is truly a myth that if my mother didn't have this cancer then I would not be at risk but if my mother had this I'm certainly going to get, it is one of the risk factors but female and aging itself is a bigger risk factor if someone in the family not necessarily not the genes if we have inherited there's something known as we are seeing a one-in-two gene that is ratites known as plaque on your team.
 3.      Next myth is breast cancer even FX man this cancer can be fixed what is it how risky is it in women it's the same museum, it's like an early stage is always better than advanced stage breast cancer also presents the same way as a lump in the breast or as an acid in the list and men sometimes think that they are not at risk of breast cancer and then they ensure we have reviews from what we knew this and that is right they know and there is not much breast tissue in men.
4.      Myth number four is mammography is painful and not safe mammography it's a pain in the neck because it's a little uncomfortable procedure and that is how you get good views actually mammogram the breast needs to be compressed well to get a good image so if I want a good report there should be a good image and to get a good image the breast needs to be compressed so that is what some women find uncomfortable and painful. It’s always good to be on the safe side so it just comes once in a year have the sake of mammography done and be on the safe side.
